Juror Information System

To reduce juror waiting time in the Jury Assembly room, the court has instituted a Juror Information System.

Juror Information Recorded Message Line

All jurors must use the Juror Information Recorded Message Line at 847-249-5879 to find out when to report for jury duty.

• Before your first day: Call after 4:15 p.m. on the Friday before your scheduled start date. The recorded message will tell you whether you need to appear on Monday or return to your normal activities and call again on Monday at 11:15 a.m. from your workplace.

• During your week of service:If you are not already sitting on a trial, call the message line:
  • After 11:15 a.m. for possible service at 1:30 p.m. the same day
  • After 4:15 p.m. for instructions about the next morning

The message line is updated twice daily to provide the most current information.
