Hearings on Emergency No Contact Requests (Order of Protection, Stalking No Contact Orders, Firearm Restraining Orders, and Civil No Contact Orders) will be held in Courtroom T-511 between 9:00am - 11:45am and between 1:30pm - 4:15pm. After 4:15pm, Emergency Hearings will be held in Courtroom T-020
Hearings on Plenary No Contact requests will be held in Courtroom T-511 at 1:30pm or at the court's discretion.
Unless otherwise ordered by the court, petitioners, respondents, witnesses, and attorneys must appear in person for Emergency and Plenary Hearings
Jury trials are scheduled on Mondays at 9:00am. All other criminal proceedings are scheduled each day at 9:00am
Emergency and Plenary Criminal Protection Hearings will be held at 9:00am or at the discretion of the court.
