JUDGE BOETTLE CECKOWSKI ANNOUNCES HER RETIREMENT WHILE NERHEIM IS APPOINTED CIRCUIT JUDGE

Circuit Judge Valerie Boettle Ceckowski announced that she is retiring from the bench on January 29, 2021, after 24 years of service. Former Lake County State's Attorney Nerheim will fill the position presently held by the Honorable Boettle Ceckowski.

Judge Marnie M. Slavin took the Oath of Office as Circuit Judge in the 3rd Sub-Circuit of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the Illinois Supreme Court, effective December 7, 2020. She filled the position previously held by Judge Thomas M. Schippers.
